This Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding service credits, premium features, and user satisfaction for our AI application.

Currently, Cladik operates on a free credit-based system with daily allocations. However, this policy covers potential future premium services, paid features, and credit purchases that may be introduced.

2. Current Free Service Policy

2.1 Daily Credit System

  • Free Daily Credits: Each registered user receives 10 free credits daily, which reset every 24 hours automatically
  • No Charges: Currently, there are no charges for using Cladik's basic AI services within your daily credit allocation
  • Credit Limitations: Credits cannot be transferred, accumulated beyond the daily limit, or refunded as no payment is required
  • Service Access: When daily credits are exhausted, AI features become unavailable until the next reset cycle

2.2 Account and Data Services

  • Free Account Services: Account registration, Google authentication, conversation history storage, and basic app functionality are provided at no cost
  • Data Export: Users can request their conversation data and account information at no charge (subject to technical feasibility)
  • Account Deletion: Users can delete their accounts and request data removal at any time without any charges or penalties

3. Future Premium Services Policy

Should we introduce premium features, paid credit packages, or subscription services in the future, the following policies will apply:

3.1 Premium Credit Purchases

  • Refund Eligibility: Unused premium credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Credit Usage: Once credits are used for AI interactions, they are considered consumed and cannot be refunded

  • Language Support: We guarantee support for Sinhala, Tamil, and English languages as advertised
  • Educational Content: Education Mode responses will focus on Sri Lankan curriculum and educational standards as described
  • Cultural Appropriateness: We work to ensure AI responses are culturally appropriate for Sri Lankan users

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain aspects of our service are non-refundable due to their nature:

  • Used AI Interactions: Once you have engaged with our AI and received responses, those credits are considered used and cannot be refunded
  • Account Services: Basic account creation, authentication, and data storage services provided at no charge
  • Historical Data: Access to your conversation history and past AI interactions
  • Educational Content: AI-generated educational responses and study materials that have been delivered
